Fred, a 3 year old male Vizsla and his
buddy, Peaches, an 11 year old female Vizsla/Greyhound mix, were released to
our rescue group as a result of their owners death. Their owner was a very
young man and his family were very concerned about what would happen to his
dogs. The family was referred to our rescue group by our local humane
society.
Fred was an active, well adjusted,
healthy young Vizsla. Peaches was healthy, had hip problems, and very slow.
Both dogs were placed in a foster home immediately with Bob & Mary. They
wanted to take both dogs so they wouldnt be separated.
Both
dogs adapted quickly to their new home and Peaches found a new lease on life
with food supplements for her achy hips. Bob and Mary decided that these two
dogs had found their forever home with them. |
