Jade is a 9 month old, purebred, spayed Vizsla. Jade was owner surrendered along with her 3 sisters and her dad. Jade is a very happy girl and doesn’t know yet, quite what is expected of her. You see she was raised as a kennel dog and not had house experience.

She has learned to go into her crate with little coaxing. She eats her meals in her crate and sleeps in there too. She is learning about toys, she never had any before. She also learned that the potty place is outside, but sometimes she gets preoccupied and forgets, so you have to take her outside often, until it sinks in. She likes to hop around on her hind legs and jump up and down too. She is just so excited she can hardly contain herself. She has a lot of energy. She is learning “off”, which means don’t jump on me and get off the counter, table, or whatever. She is learning to wait at the door and not rush in until her name is called. She likes playing with the other foster in her foster home and the foster’s own dogs. She is curious about cats, she will chase, if they run.

Jade was adopted by Matt & Shane. They already have a 2 year old Vizsla, Jasmine and wanted a buddy for Jasmine to play with. Jade is very happy in her new home with only one other dog to play with. She does get to go to the nearby lake, daily runs, dog park, and day care. What a life. She never dreamed life could be so good. - Rita
