Gilli

 September 12, 2007 – October 16, 2007 

 

Gilli is a 4 month old, purebred, female Vizsla. She was owner surrendered due to lack of knowledge of the breed. She was originally purchased from a pet store and the family did not realize what they were getting into. The reason for giving her up was that the children were afraid of the puppy. We took her in and found her to be a normal Vizsla puppy.

Gilli was adopted and did proved to be a challenge due to her energy level and lack of direction in her previous home. She likes to be the boss, or at least she thinks she does. She is now settling in and trusting her new family being the pack leader and she does not have to be. - Rita
