Coco fka Madi
is a 1 year old spayed purebred Vizsla and is a very pretty young girl,
enjoys off lead runs, chasing butterflies, and moths.
Coco fka Madi is an example of why people need to be careful about choosing
a breeder. She is an owner-surrender, her family did everything right, they
chose the right breed for their family. They did all the research, they
asked all the right questions and got the right answers when they spoke with
the breeder. Great, they put a deposit on their very own Vizsla puppy and
picked her up when she was only 7 wks old.
At 9 weeks old Coco became aggressive. The family didn’t miss a beat they
called a trainer, the trainer said that she was food aggressive and
obedience training would help, so they did it. Everything went just fine,
then things took a turn for the worse, at approx 9 months old Coco started
growling at the kids, the family once again did the right thing and called
CWVRG for help. After a couple of months helping them to work with Coco they
decided that the best thing for Coco, and their family was to surrender her
to Vizsla Rescue.
Coco was not quite 11 months old when we got her. She is a happy, healthy
and very pretty girl, plays well with other dogs, and very well mannered.
After working with her I was able to get her ready to be adopted. - Polly
Coco was adopted by a family that was willing to continue working with her
and this is their story. Coco fka Madi is settling in well, and has
continued to amaze us with how smart she is. She has an adoring fan club of
the girls in my Brownie troop, who make fusses over her. She takes it all in
stride and is happy to get all the attention and love. She has started to
forego her habit of getting into the kitchen trashcan, and is getting lots
of exercise. The only one that doesn't like her is the hamster.
Thanks so much for all you do. Coco fka Madi is a dear, and loves everyone
in our extended family (including friends!) Coco fka Madi says hi, and so
does the rest of the family!
