Hi, my name
is Beau. I am a 2 year old purebred Vizsla. I was recently surrendered to a
Wyoming shelter by my family. I don’t think they understood me and my needs
very well and so I was a little neglected. They gave me love, but no rules,
boundaries, or training. I am glad to be living with my new foster parents
and their two Vizslas. I have already learned how to eat and sleep in my
crate, how to walk politely on a leash, and I even learned how to sit (for a
treat). I am already house trained and haven’t had a single accident in
their home. I am very loving and give hugs and kisses often. I am good with
other dogs. I met a child today at the dog park; she pet me and I kissed
her, so I’m pretty good with kids too. – Luke
Yeah!! I was adopted by a wonderful family. Wayne and Marilyn have joined
the long list of families that have adopted a rescued Vizsla. I have 5 acres
of land to run on. I sure love this family. They tell me this place where I
live is called Wyoming. - Beau
I just spoke to Marilyn this afternoon and she said he was fitting in and
adjusting wonderfully. Beau is a very affectionate dog and they enjoy their
time sitting on the couch with him sleeping in their laps, or just before
bed when he is sleeping with Wayne before going to his crate for the
evening. Thank you to Wayne and Marilyn for opening up their home and
rescuing Beau. I’m sure he will continue to be a great addition to their
family. - Luke
