Alley Kat

Alley, what can I say about my sweet Alley cat? She never had a chance in life, Alley came into rescue with 7 other dogs as one of the Kansas 8. She was in the worst condition of all of them. She had to have teeth pulled, she had mammary tumors that had to be removed, and heartworm positive. The cards were just plain stacked against Alley from the get go. CWVRG, Inc did everything possible to save her life, but it just wasn’t in the cards for Sweet Alley Cat, she had a tumor pop up on her leg. The tumor was growing very fast, we did everything we could to stop or at lest slow down the growth, but nothing short of surgery would help. That is when I said “Enough”, no more. I kept Alley here with me until the pain in her leg became more than she and I both could bare. I held her until she was gone, said my good-byes, and left with my heart broken.
