Katie came into rescue through the Denver Dumb Friends League. CWVRG was contacted about a 9 yr old Vizsla, Katie, as being an owner surrender. She was timid and growled at the 2 yr old family member. Arrangements were made and within 5 hours Katie was in they CWVRG system. Unfortunately there were too many hands involved. This confused Katie. She thought that each new person would be her forever home and she was disappointed when she went to the next person. We don’t like to do this and probably will not do this in the future. The last transfer from one volunteer to another caused Katie to believe she was in danger. This new person was a complete stranger and there was no one in the room that she knew and she lashed out. We had no choice but to help Katie over the Rainbow Bridge where she would be among Vizsla friends and not be abandoned and abused no more. See you later Katie………Rita
